Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We ship from local stock in each country: United Arab Emirates 1–2 business days (all products), United Kingdom 1–3 business days and India 1–3 business days (selected products). The products you see on the site for your country are the ones we can deliver. See our shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened feeding, breastfeeding and personal-care items can only be returned if they're faulty. See our refund policy.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
How do I get the free Mummy Bag?
Spend AED 499 or more and a free Mummy Bag is added to your cart automatically. If your cart drops below AED 499, it's removed. One free bag per order, while stocks last.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking where available.
